So. Let’s find the culprit.
First off, as I’ve said before, Ryoko was not murdered on Night 2. Her body was found in the washing machine by Maria, yet Silver used it and saw nothing. Furthermore, she fed Regaro’s lion with chocolate before he got to it. No one else could have fed the lion without being eaten, because as Regaro has said, the lion probably would’ve even eaten him if it was hungry enough. You would need great agility and the ability to feed it from a distance…which only the Spider-Man can do.
This puts her as the very first person on the 2nd floor. So, on Night 2, Ryoko was on the 2nd floor. Do you really think there was enough time for to feed the lion come back to Floor 1, and then get murdered? Unlikely.
But let’s assume she was somehow still murdered on Night 1. This means that the body and fat suit were stashed somewhere where we didn’t find, despite all our investigating. Unlikely, isn’t it? Furthermore, it would also mean that the person moved the body and fat suit to the laundry room at a later date, without any of us noticing. Considering how bulky the fat suit is, how dangerous that action would be, and how pointless it would have been, that’s equally unlikely.
To put it simply, Ryoko was alive past Night 2. All the evidence pointed towards her being alive before the trial vote ended and we got plot twist’d. We weren’t wrong on that, we were simply…tricked.
Let me switch gears for a second. Silver did not found Ryoko’s body in the laundry room. That means that Maria lied about finding her in the laundry room. But why would she do that, unless…well, you know where I’m going with this.
I confirmed with Haguile that, from the start of the Ryoko trial vote to the end of the Ryoko trial vote, there were 16 hours of time. Maria and Justin escaped from the vents before the trial vote ended. That gave them…quite a bit of time to do basically whatever they wanted to, didn’t it? JC wasn’t even an issue for Maria, as he died as soon as the trial vote ended. All Maria had to do was trick him into thinking she hadn’t found Ryoko, and he would be out of the way soon enough. And Maria is the only one that could’ve killed Ryoko , as Ryoko was likely hiding in the women’s changing room the whole time, the only place safe to her. Remember that we didn’t even know that Maria was a girl until recently; who knows how long Ryoko has been in there? That also would’ve made it very easy to hide from Justin.
As for that video Maria sent us….well, when you kill someone by stabbing them, it’s very likely that blood would get on your clothes. How fortunate that Maria’s video showed her bare feet, while avoiding pointing the camera at the mirror in her bathroom. In a rush, she simply took her clothes off and did some clever camera work to obfuscate the situation.
Of course, these are all guesses. Very educated guesses, but little can be directly proved and shown to be hard evidence. Except…rigor mortis. I confirmed with Haguile that Ryoko’s body was lying flat on the table. Maria claimed that Ryoko had been killed at least a day ago, but not only does her inability to do an autopsy show that she has no right making that claim, but the way rigor mortis works makes that impossible. If Ryoko was in the washing machine, rigor mortis would have solidified her in a curled-up position, not flat. Even further, if Ryoko had been killed on Night 2 and then stuffed into the washing machine later, her body wouldn’t have fit, as rigor mortis would’ve prevented the killer from position her limbs in the right way! That means it’s impossible for her to have been killed over a day ago; she must have been murdered recently.
Some people said this isn't solvable, but I disagree. The evidence in rigor mortis and the contradictions in maria's lies point to only one solution!
Maria is the murderer! She killed Ryoko during the trial!
