This is something, if becomes widespread somehow, will have major backlash. People don't like employers superficial searches and psych evals for pre employment in the first place.
I have seen/heard reports that a persons social networking profiles can have an equal, or even greater (depending on the job) then the persons actual experience. That's f***ed up.
It doesn't end with Facebook. Some of your search engines might provide information to employers, creditors, and so on.
