So true, but I try to bring about a great learning experience and a great environment for my employees. However, as for my employers... Different story.
Yeah my biggest thing whenever we get a new trainee is that I'm nice to them and don't grill them for mistakes early on. The managers are generally so impatient and don't put up with mistakes and it's like "you guys need to chill or you are going to force yet another new recruit out the door who doesn't want to deal with your b****y attitude. You were new once, too."
