SERIES SPOILERS
I'm going to do a run soon where I kill everyone but Morinth and Thane in ME2. In ME3 Morinth will become a Banshee, Thane will die, I'll kill the Virmire Survivor (probably Kaiden), and leave Javik in stasis. Then I'll bring Vega and Liara on the final mission so they die to Harbinger, and destroy the Reapers so that EDI dies too. And since I will need low EMS to get my final battle team killed, Shepard will probably die too.
Most inept commander ever run let's do this.
