Fairplay got himself voted out. Even if he intended to quit, I do not consider it a quit if it went to a vote. A vote means a person is "voted out" and therefore does not quit even if that person urged others to vote him/her out. That's how I personally judge that situation
So why are Osten and Ian never considered on the same level? Neither of them ended in people writing names down. Yet people call Osten a quitter, and don't call Ian a quitter. It seems like they're both the same. Either they both quit, or they both were voted out. In Osten's case, Jeff went through and did a verbal kind of vote, instead of Osten just leaving like every other quitter.
