WWE usually makes at least a half-assed effort to actually photoshop a "humorous" image TOGETHER. Usually they'd have something made up with Cena's head on a Teletubbie body AT LEAST.
This one is hands down the laziest one they've ever done, and if you can count on anything in WWE, it's their production staff, so it once again leads me to believe that they're dumbing Rock down intentionally to give Cena traction.
