Also at least half of my electronic devices do not adjust for DST, and because I'm so meticulous about getting the time right on them down to the second, and because most devices only let you set for the hour and minute, I could literally spend over five minutes just looking at a clock and occasionally pressing a "confirm" button.
That's just unacceptable.
