Sounds pretty normal to me.
What I hate is when people offer you something, and you're like "No thanks, I'm fine" and they keep offering it to you, as if you've passed up on the opportunity of a lifetime.
"Would you like a coke?"
"Nah, I'm fine."
"Are you sure you wouldn't like a coke?"
"Yeah, thanks for offering. Had a drink before I came over."
"You SURE you don't want one?"
"..."
