23. Gastly
I'm pretty indifferent to Gastly. Gengar and especially Haunter are much better, as are many of the ghosts that came in later gens like Misdreavus and Froslass. I just can't see myself placing anything else here, even though I don't dislike the Poison Gas pokémon at all.
24. Dusknoir
Eh... Dusknoir is a trainwreck design wise. I don't really dislike it so much as I like Duskull and Dusclops far better. Also being slow as all get out doesn't help it. You know I just really prefer the Shuppet line to the Duskull line anyway. Where the f*** is Banette's evo GameFreak!?
25. Rotom
You already know my feeling on Rotom. Cool concept, uncool design, wasted potential in my book. It doesn't count as a repeat if I use another forme right? F*** it, it doesn't. Idodeclaire it does not!
26. Litwick
That's right you bastards. You have all caused me to hate cute lil' Litwick. You f***ing know who you are! Especially you, Whirly! YOU RUIN EVERYTHING!
27. Spiritomb
Aaaaaaand here it is. I hate Spiritomb with a passion for two reasons: 1) It's ugly as f***. I don't like ugly pokémon. I've already said such. 2) It's got exactly the same gimmick as Sableye (NO NATURAL WEAKNESSES), only with better stats aside from Speed and probably sees more competitive use if it's not banned. Don't feel like looking up if it is or not. Point is, poo on you Spiritomb.
Dishonorable Mention: None. Ghost types are mostly awesome.
