not at all. to be honest, there isn't a single game I'm really excited about. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and I think gaming has passed me by. I just don't care about these new games. my dad used to tell me that he stopped playing video games when Defender came out because it was just too much. I always laugh at that but it's kinda how I feel. there are still games in my comfortable little genres that I'll play and really love but it's hard at this point to really get into a game due to a lack of time and personal interest. I'd like to try Skyrim, for example, but won't even consider it due to the investment needed.

it's pretty much all handheld games and pick-up-and-play games with no narrative. like I still play SF4 but I need to be able to stop what I'm doing at a moment's notice and that just doesn't fly with how immersive these big budget games are.

augh old. I know that only neon can really relate, but whatever.

anyway, I said 13 was a joke due to all the idiocy around it - the dlc, the ending and just the whole idea that it exists. I'd like to try it, but again, time.
