Sceptile seems to have be all over the board on sbell, and he never really gave clear reasoning on any of it. He started off thinking sbell was obvtown, then publically called him a fool for not claiming (trying to tell a scumbuddy to drop it?), then after that seemed to have been against sbell. This last part is from memory, I'll double check it in a bit but I think I'm right.
You appear to have been misreading approximately everything.
I never doubted SBell was town; I merely found his dragging his heels to be tiresome.
