SK Janitor has shown up exactly once that I know of. It was in Type-Moon, which was co-hosted by HGR. The guy got himself modkilled on day 2. HGR was quite disappointed.
Having said that, I wouldn't worry much about the possibility of SK Janitor right now -- if it exists it'll become obvious as the game goes on.
