I'm pretty sure dropping someone's throat on your shoulder would kill someone if done legitimately. Since crushing someone's throat tends to be fatal if not treated right away. The CodeBreaker and Rock Bottom on the other hand probably aren't killing anyone.
And yeah I would totally AA somone death row guy for $5000. Assuming I could actually physically hit the move on him, if not I would certainly try!
I didn't say the CodeBreaker. But the Rock Bottom would totally end someone in this scenario. Anyway, the Stunner is not supposed to be a throat move, it is a jawbreakers, and unless you sell it like Scott Hall, there is not nearly enough final impact from the mat hit to put someone down for good.
