That said, I'd disqualify Nintendo because they aren't one company, they're like...10. Pick IS, EAD, Retro, R&D1, NST, Gamefreak, Hal, whatever. But don't pick Nintendo as a whole; that doesn't even make sense.
None of those are actually their own company though are they? Aren't they just different development teams that Nintendo owns? That'd be like counting the different sections of Blizzard as different developers.

Considering the topic is about devs who don't put out games that we consider bad, then yeah, I think it should
First of all that's not what this topic is about. Second those games aren't bad they just aren't aimed at us. Nintendo doesn't expect the people that buy Zelda games to buy Wii fit they aren't trying to please us. The games are good for what they are. For gamefaqs specifically PC games are pretty unpopular relative to the gaming community as a whole. Does this mean all PC games are bad?
