Or his speech to Cornero and Rose in the original series.
Or his proposal.
Or saving his life by harnessing his own soul as a Philosophers Stone
Or his fight with Greed in the orginal
Or his speech to Al about how weak they are and could not even save a little girl.
I'm sure I could go on, but you get the picture. If I only had to pick one, it probably is vs Our Father.
Although he has a lot of great moments, I would say him beating "Truth" and getting Al back to the real world is perhaps the best.
Also, I would count the Pride one for Kimblee more than for Ed.
