Dude, it's Arkham Asylum in an open world city. The Arkham series is notable because it creates the feeling of being Batman better than any game has done before, with awesome gameplay to boot.
Ghost Trick is a one-off, non-replayable story game with one of the worst plot twists I've ever seen in a game.
