----Rules----
- You MUST +3,+2,+1,-1,-2 and -3 six separate users in the division.
- No alts.
- If you discover you've made a mistake with your vote, you will be permitted to fix it within the next five minutes in a new post, provided the change comes before the end of the match. Other than that, no changing your vote.
- No editing your posts. If your post has been edited, your vote will not count.
- If you are found rallying, you will be DQ'd.
- If you are voting in a division which contains yourself, you MUST vote for yourself in the highest possible position (+3). If you don't, I will rearrange your voting hierarchy to do so if possible. If not, your vote will simply be discarded.
- In event of a tie, the user with the most positive points will be given the higher position. In case that is also even, ties will be broken by who has more positive votes, then by who has fewer negative votes.
- Matches last exactly 24 hours from the creation of the topic.
- Top 7 users advance.
