The (1) Koopa Troop (Mario), also known as the Bowser Corps, Turtle Tribe, or Koopa Clan, is a militaristic dictatorship led by Bowser, King of the Koopas. The Koopa Troop wishes to take over the peaceful Mushroom Kingdom, and ultimately, the entire world. According to Kammy Koopa, the motive for the clan is to have revenge against all who have treated Koopa Troopas poorly. However, some of their goals are based entirely on Bowser's own interests. Bowser has an almost unlimited supply of Goomba and Koopa soldiers, an army, a navy, and an air force.

The group primarily consisted of wizards and witches who were radical pure blood supremacists, who practised the Dark Arts with reckless abandon without regard or fear of Wizarding law. Lord Voldemort used this select group of wizards and witches during both the First and Second Wizarding Wars, employing them as his elite force.
The (13) Galactic Empire (Star Wars), also known as the New Order, the Old Empire, the First Galactic Empire, Palpatine's New Order, the Imperium or simply the Empire, was the galactic government established by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine to replace the Galactic Republic in 19 BBY and bring Sith rule to the galaxy. Chancellor Palpatine (by then ruling with near-absolute power), began a purge of the Jedi Order, and then proclaimed himself Emperor of the galaxy and reorganized the Galactic Republic into "the first Galactic Empire" on the galactic capital.

The group has largely disbanded by the time The Bride recovered from a four-year coma, which started when the others came to her wedding rehearsal and killed the wedding party, but mistakenly left her alive. Many of them wield katanas. They are also fluent in several languages, well-versed in the use of firearms, and skilled in various assassination, espionage, surveillance and weapon combat techniques.
