(3)Draco Malfoy
Two snakes. But Draco is more than just Voldemort's pet. Draco is probably the most mean spirited character in the books. He's a bully, and not in the James Potter type of way either. I don't think he makes a good rival for Harry. He's pretty bad at Quidditch, and had to buy his way on to the team. But he does get a incey bit of redemption in the end. Enough to be better than a pet snake slash horcrux.
(2)Fleur Delacour
Fleur is one of my favorite characters. She's a bit snobby, but her moments with Bill are really nice. It's great to see her stick with Bill even after his werewolf attack. She's a bit stronger in the seventh book, than she is in the fourth. I like how she's almost motherly towards the trio when they come to shell cottage. She takes care of them. Worries about them. Helena has a decent backstory, but really doesn't stand out aside from that. Even in the sixth book, Fleur shows how kind she can be. And she manages to get Molly to accept her. She also is one of the seven Harry's flying through the night sky, and you know it has to take courage to pose as Harry Potter -- after all the ones that do except Mundungus Fletcher are Gryffindor's. And let's face it Dung wouldn't have done it if Mad Eye hadn't forced him.
