You completely missed the point I was making.
Any third party vendor can have cheaper prices because they know they have to be cheaper than any local store.
That has nothing to do with Amazon whatsoever.
You can see that on Half.com, eBay, etc. Hell, most of the vendors have their own sites.
Amazon themselves have pretty much the exact same prices as GameStop, so it's dumb to say one has higher prices than the other.
There's a difference between "Amazon's prices" and "Amazon's vendors' prices."
