papa johns, like dominos, pizza hut, etc are all okay. neither's better than the other, it's all fairly basic and small. but i've had dollar pizza bigger and better.
of course i live in nyc so it's not like those chains are meant to impress us. it's just not really any worse quality-wise than even the worst dollar pizza place. that's pretty much the field they belong to.
