Is Vivi really that cool? I only made it to disc 2 in FFIX, but he just seemed like an alright character to me.. Not like, best in the series... Or is it just the fact that there isn't really anything to hate about him that made him place so high? I'm just a little confused.
Depending on how far into Disc 2 you got, you might not have reached the parts that make people love Vivi so much.
Well, other than blasting Black Waltz No. 3.
