I hope the random drawing is public so there can't be any vote-related bribes that would undermine the integrity of the contest.
Then again, it's pretty obvious that UOTY won't last after this year, so Chris could just be bluffing and he will take the fallout of lying in stride next year with little consequence.
Then again again, Chris is pretty into this board and values its friendship or whatever so I guess he's legit.
