also, punk's ratings aren't actually bad like orton's are. they're consistent and keep a certain status quo going.
I keep reading that Punk's segments tank the ratings.
I don't know because I don't even know where people are supposedly seeing the segment-by-segment ratings of Raw. Also I've heard Orton's ratings are bad as champion, since people find him less interesting when things are going in his favor.
