He was a forgettable person who was only relevant as an insane comic relief fanboy for a couple of seasons. Lets be fair here and not pedestal the guy.
For one thing he picked and chose the areas of the board he posted in. He made lists, frequented the stats topic and threads involving a select handful of his friends and that was about it. Difficult fo me to regard someone who stuck to his own circle more than maybe anyone else ever did as significant to the board as a whole.
