Status quo = Romney?
If so, I think he'll win because it's finally time for Iowan Republicans to stop screwing around and realize that he is their best shot at beating Obama. Bachmann, Santorum, AND Paul are too extreme, Gingrich is a fat (this matters) slimeball, and Perry would get embarrassingly wrecked in the debates. Paul's exaggerated bevy of young supporters aren't gonna do anything in a caucus to convince older Republicans that their guy has a shot, and I doubt Santorum will have managed to build enough momentum in the past half-week.
