Only the meteors that had the kids/guardians were duplicated.
What do you base this on? AFAIK, the only things to enter the Human!Universe from the outside (as opposed to another timeline within the same universe) are the Beta!Meteors and Betty Crocker.

There aren't 2 Betty Crockers. Otherwise the whole story about that Nanna told FedoraFreak about her disappearing from the Betaverse was completely pointless.
I say it's quite the opposite; it didn't say where she disappeared to, only that she disappeared. If the bunny can jump across timelines, why not a person? If Grandpa Harley can enter the session before it even starts, why not somebody else? It's totally possible for a person in one timeline to end up in the session of another without going through paradox space.
