GTM needs to be beaten, i see Luis' spells being more suited to beating this SUN OF NOTHING PIECE OF CRAP that beat me last year.
Luis also has this battle for me.
Electrical Bolts are fast, and with Accuracy Control can hit quickly. With Breathing Alteration he can also use that to put off Some_Character from putting up any defences in time.
Luis' pure speed and accuracy of his spells here make the battle his.
