Colosseum... Forbidden Illusions bans illusion spells, which isn't really a big deal to anyone.
As for Breathing Alteration, I've usually interpreted it as a self-affecting spell. I don't think he can use it to alter his enemy's ability to breathe.
So basically, Luis's offense combined with Accuracy Control is tremendously deadly as normal, but Workings of Chaotic Mana can counter that somewhat.
How I suspect this will go down is that Some_C uses Workings of Chaotic Mana, while Luis fires off accurate thunder and lightning attacks. Some fail due to disrupted mana; others will have to be negated, but in the end, I don't think Some_C has any good way of winning. He has to play defensive because his offense doesn't cut it, but he can't do it indefinitely.
