That's not a real boss fight! This is even worse than people who consider Yu Yevon the last boss of FFX!
When you can't run from an enemy and they pull off nothing but special.... Okay you're right that battle with Sephiroth isn't a boss since you always instant kill him unless you're stupid and use a cheat via Gameshark to cause you to be someone else in the battle but Shuyin is a boss because he can kill you if you don't pay attention to the battle.
