Cloud, Mario, Link, Sephiroth gets votes based primarily on their video game works. Batamn and Superman get votes primarily on their non-video game works and are just using their video game appearance to get into the contest.
while this is true....i would say recently both the acclaimed Arkham games wil boost Batman A LOT.
If we always had fictional characters then a 2008 Batman would be considerably Weaker than a 2011 Batman.
