Although in one of those weird coincidences of life, the next thing I did after posting that was browse over to Scott Keith's blog and he actually answered that VERY QUESTION yesterday.
Superbrawl II is his #2, and he throws out BatB '96, WrestleWar '92, and Spring Stampede '94 as other candidates without even mentioning Spring Stampede 1999 so there you go.
