If I'm all alone with no friends around and need to smile I will play Yoshi's Island. Its so goddamn happy and its infectious to me. Watching My Neighbor Totoro, Beavis and Butthead, or Pinkie Pie heavy MLP episodes also do the trick. Also jamming out to Disney or Rick Ross is pretty spectacular.
