Get away from electronics.
Pick up some hobby that has a physical result. Whether it's honing a physical talent (can be anything from running to shooting pool) or some sort of art/craft, you'll be able to look at something you've actually accomplished. Generally this is a bit more satisfying than "oh I leveled my character up today" or "I watched two movies."
