Is this where it started? I remember seeing a video Hawkins made and he just came in and said it. I thought I remembered posting it here. It was years ago though.
As far as I know, this is the first documented appearance of Woo Woo Woo. It's from over 3 years ago!
If you can find a prior video then by all means present it! This needs to be documented for posterity.

also I could've sworn it started out as woo woo wee woo or something silly like that
He tried to evolve it into that. <_<
