Strongest Overall Division(division of death): Division 6
With the 2004 Contest Finalist Chrono Trigger, 3 Zelda Games(one of which being likely Top 10 in strength in Twilight Princess), and one of the strongest critical games of the decade in Resident Evil 4, I would say that division 6 has the strongest group of games of any division. Portal and the original Super Mario Bros. also are in the top 30 on the site I believe. However it was very close between this division and 2nd strongest overall division...
Division 8
This division's 1 seed, LoZ: Link to the Past is likely 2nd or 3rd strongest Zelda game. It is likely ahead of Chrono Trigger now. LoZ:MM is probably the 4th strongest Zelda game now for voters. Add in 2010 GotD Finalist Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and you have an incredibly strong division.
Weakest Overall Division(division of puppies): Division 5
When Kingdom Hearts is likely the strongest game in your division, you know its a weak division. 1 seed Skyrim could lose in the first round. I would not have any of these games as a top 15 game on this site. That's why I want Super Smash Bros. original thrown in here, where I believe it could easily win this division.
Division 2 would be the second weakest, with Metroid Prime being barely a top 20 game on the site, and MGS3 likely barely being top 15.
