The thing is this match was literally the only thing I was looking forward to this entire contest. The only other thing that even drew the slightest bit of excitement was the Trainers' run, and it didn't draw all that much. This contest promised us a ton of boredom and- the most competitive Link/Cloud match in many years. All we got is the boredom.
The Trainers' run would have been better if they were a bit stronger or a bit weaker. As it was they were just in the area where they smacked around Ryu/Ken and Samus/Ridley (still don't trust Samus/Ridley vs. Fighters would have been a good match anyways because NintendoFAQs), but weren't able to keep it interesting with Mario/Bowser.
