SO, here's what I'm going to do.
I can't count "Eeelectric" at the moment. So as of now, there are 28 nominations all together (some nom'd more than once)
I don't want to take too long with this contest (what with the holidays and all), so what I'm going to do is split this over 5 topics. I'm going to include all the Pokemon that were nominated, as I realized that it'll be a good while before 20 get nominated twice.
The only exception right now is Eeelectric. So, unless I get some clarification, I can't include it.
I'll start the first one tonight.
