no. i'm just saying that it's silly to think the pitchfork overlords switch around album placement to get one over on their readership. as i said, the process is completely transparent - there's no need to make wild assumptions about it.
They had to have done this last year with Round and Round. I mean that song REALLY grew on me, but I think the indie cred gained by putting that over Runaway was immense.
