If you'd lost an inhibitor yeah you'd be justified in surrendering. Otherwise I've seen worse scores turn around.
Given that you started the surrender vote though I'd guess you were actually the worst player and blaming the Yi because he was the second worst.
At least that's what I observe as the usual in games where only one player wants to surrender.
I was Cho, 1/2 at the time(second best was 1/4) with somewhere around 120 CS. I was by and far the best player there.
We were down two turrets, and yes, we could have won it, but at that point the game stops being fun and becomes tryhard central. There is no excuse for me being forced to play that.
