It's funny cause after his first week a lot of people realized how weak he was with everything and the buffs they gave him weren't huge, they were just enough to make him competitive. He's a strong jungler and ganker, and he's got a decently flexible build, I think. I would not call him OP or anything, though. His pushing is subpar, his tower diving doesn't get good til the mid-game, his teamfighting is ok but nothing insane.

His pushing is insane. All three of his main skills lend to insane pushing as well as sustain. His diving is strong because of his shield, and especially after he gets his ult it becomes insane.
His clear time is second to none, and he does it with health to spare. He quite literally has no weaknesses as a jungler.
