We have our top 10! And it's time for what is always the most controversial round in this format, the Golden Parcel round.
RULES:
-Rank all 10 characters by distributing points: +10 to your favorite and +1 to your least favorite, but remember that they are in 1v1 matchups.
-One set of rankings per user for the round
-No changing your votes
-Once a day (between midnight and midnight EST) you may give a character a Golden Parcel, which gives them +5 on their score). You may give your GP to the same character each day, but if you miss a day, you do not get a make-up GP.
-The round lasts one week from this post.
-If you are caught rallying or vote-trading, your votes are disqualified and you are banned for the remainder of the contest.
-I reserve the right to disqualify suspicious votes (ie low karma accounts from 2004)
-After one week, the character with the higher score in each matchup moves on to the next round. Ties will be broken by the number of GPs the character received (the character with more GPs moves on). If that still results in a tie, it will go to the number of +10s, then +9s, all the way down. If it still can't be broken, a special 1v1 will occur.
