As we are in caves I say that mega mana cannot see me and a such will not see any of my conjurations as to abjure them.
In a well lit area, I would agree and say that Mega Mana would see me conjure something and then take the necessary steps to counteract.
But in this case I will summon a pestilence (which isn't even necessarily VISIBLE mind you, it's just poisonous air) and then use the ceremony of wind to keep any of the bad air from reaching me.
I also do not think he finds me quickly enough in the Infernal Caves to stop my ceremony.
The poor lighting and the labyrinth-like setting play directly to my advantage and AGAINST his ability to know something has been conjured and to cancel it out.
I'll grant you that he has crystal spheres, which I take to be some form of powerful defense, but unless they are air-tight they wont stop the poison. And if they ARE air tight then he will suffocate...
And Axes of Sound would definitely kill me if he had an opportunity to strike. Instead he will use them in the dark and confuse himself with the cacophonous echoes they will naturally produce in a cave.
