I totally understand that, but there's always at least a point of familiarity. Like I look at The Dear Hunter's, and I know I can at least give some of the other recs a listen because I see straight away that it lists Portugal. The Man, meaning it's credible. Takes thirty seconds to listen to a sample of a random artist, you know? I just went three-for-four on new artists that I think I'll like a lot in regards to related to TDH.
At the very least, it's one of the more similar artist maps on the 'net. Far better than like, Last.fm's similar artists, etc.
