Because I play a character to support the whole team and use him to his fullest instead of having insane burst then being useless for 10 seconds?
In what way does "insane burst" not qualify a champion to be useful for its team?
You going to play annie support + auras to be more "useful"?
Sometimes your best option for "supporting the whole team" is by being so bursty that you shape fights from the very beginning.
