In case anyone was planning on using Support Leona, here is the setup I go with.
Magic Pen Reds
Flat Armor Yellows
Scaling MR Blues
HP Regen Quints
If I have someone tanky solo top like Singed or Irelia then I go 0/9/21 with 3 points in MR/Armor/Health Regen and maxing out the Greed Section and Health Regen section of the Utility Tree. This lets me start with 3 wards, Faerie Charm, and 2 potions. It lets me never leave lane until 14-15 minutes in if things go well. Even when my Carry goes back after a fight I can sit there and just regen everything before the enemy gets back.
If I have no one tanky I go with the standard 0/21/9 maxing out the Health section of the defense tree. This is a lot more standard and boring but it's super effective. Defensive tree is just loaded this time around.
