You don't have to send it back and wait... you can just call the dudes again and have them send you another if you can prove that your reference number on the site and the reference number on the receipt don't match. Anyway, it's the principle of the thing. You ordered so-and-so knowing that you're going to be paying a certain amount and then receiving the items which are similar in price to what you are paying for. So, if the items you receive are more expensive, are you just going to pay for it?
if they actually charge you for the wrong thing, then that's different. A lot of times they charge you correctly but give you the wrong thing though. If it's pretty similar in price then sometimes I just end up not caring depending on the situation.
