That voice sounds way too mature for that face. I can't even watch the video it's making me uncomfortable.
Although she's in my age range, she looks like she should still be in high school (although I could say the same about myself). I don't find her hot in most pictures or since she started her music career, but I remember thinking she was cute a few years back when watching that Wizard show.
Either way, props to Bieber for hitting that.
