a) our acceptance rate was lower than yours this year (8.7% vs somewhere above 10%). "no standards" my ass.
b) most Brown people don't pass/fail their way to a degree - that's a false stereotype. most of us who want to go to grad school are taking all the courses we can to a degree (there are some that are mandatory satisfactory/no credit, but those are mostly intro courses).
I am taking zero pass/fail courses, and I'll be a math major (Sc.B.) which is not a joke degree at all.
c) we're also undergrad focused, much more than any school save possibly Dartmouth and Princeton.
