Working at Trader Joe's pretty much means you are a cashier, stocker, and cart pusher. There are no individually assigned jobs, so I got all of the annoyances of the other positions as well.
How it is at walmart too, and I assume a lot of places. I pretty much did all of the positions in the front end if needed, with the exception of CSM, although I could have done that too, I knew more about the front end then a majority of our CSMs.
And having a customer come to your line when your light is off is much worse than them asking if you're open.
